- Cancellation Policy You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before your order enters production. Once your order enters production, we are unable to cancel it. - Refund Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Epic Gifter. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund. If you are not satisfied with your order for any other reason, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to request a return and refund.
- Return Policy We do not offer returns or refunds for personalized items unless the item is defective or there is an error on our part. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. - Shipping Costs If we determine that a return or refund is warranted, we will cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. However, we do not cover the cost of return shipping for items that are not defective or incorrect.
